Cocktail Server

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cocktail Server to join our team at the River Bar and Grill. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional drink service to our guests while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

• Greet guests and explain our special promotions
• Take orders and recite selection of all call and premium brands as requested
• Input orders into point-of-sale system to inform bartender
• Replenish beverages as requested and check back with guests to inquire about satisfaction
• Deliver beverages to patrons while ensuring payment
• Maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift
• Confirm age compliance by checking identification of any individual ordering alcoholic beverages

• Can obtain/maintain ABLE Certification
• Read, write, and understand simple instructions
• 1-3 months of equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic math skills
