A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate processing or loan operations is required, along with strong customer service and communication skills.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and mortgage regulations
  • Review and assemble mortgage closing documentation with precision
  • Serve as a communication bridge between clients, underwriters, and team members
  • Uphold integrity, care, and excellence in all endeavors
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with mortgage lending guidelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Empower LOS or Blend software
