About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef 2 to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our culinary staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food preparation procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as Sodexo's quality and service standards
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in food service management, preferably in a large-scale commercial kitchen
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Culinary certification or equivalent experience
