Position Overview:
The Lead Engineer - Test Automation, Pipelines, and Site Reliability will play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital commerce on our rapidly evolving Priceless Platform. As a leader in engineering, you will utilize your expertise in managing high-impact projects and your hands-on technical skills to ensure seamless execution.

We are witnessing significant growth as a premier B2B2C platform, delivering exceptional experiences to Mastercard's banking partners worldwide. This role offers an opportunity to engage in a collaborative, cloud-native engineering culture that prioritizes reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a hands-on implementer in areas such as test automation, performance testing, and infrastructure automation.
- Collaborate with test automation engineers, demonstrating technical expertise and promoting a culture of excellence through mentorship.
- Instill a mindset of site reliability, shared ownership, and automation across the organization.
- Lead technical design reviews and ensure code quality with a focus on reliability, security, and testability.
- Drive SRE practices, including chaos engineering and progressive rollouts, to enhance resilience.
- Architect monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for comprehensive observability.
- Optimize performance and scalability through load testing and capacity planning.
- Develop incident response playbooks and conduct post-mortem analyses.
- Spearhead the development of test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration for thorough test coverage.
- Participate in on-call support for critical production systems on a rotational basis.
- Continuously enhance SRE and test automation practices through emerging technologies.

Your Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical lead in Test Automation, SRE, or DevOps.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions in dynamic environments.
- Strong Cloud/AWS Engineering leadership experience.
- Direct experience in leading high-visibility projects and collaborating with high-performing engineering teams across multiple regions.
- Proficient in conducting code reviews and improving code quality metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong collaborative and organizational abilities.
- In-depth understanding of AWS, with hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and securing services in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with software development productivity metrics and a commitment to improving code velocity and quality.

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
