Job Overview

DXP Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in our Rotating Equipment product line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow the Rotating Equipment business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of outside sales experience in the industrial supplies industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship building
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Computer literate and proficient in CRM software
