About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Product Manager to join our team at Ericsson. As a key member of our Agile delivery team, you will be responsible for owning SAFe Product Owner deliverables for our customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive software projects and solutions based on Agile methodology, handling Telecommunications or networking-based Projects.
  • Enhance business critical applications for customer, experiment and use leading-edge technologies, components, and methodologies.
  • Define and craft a go-get team culture, ways of working and environment. Work efficiently in an Agile development team across the full feature life cycle including prioritization, design, development, test and release.
  • Work directly with the customer in a product owner role, defining priorities, initiatives and leading the team through delivery
  • Define product strategy
  • Adjust roadmap as necessary
  • Facilitate PI planning events
  • Maintain backlog
  • Creation of JIRA and TFS tickets (Microsoft Team Foundation Server)
  • Review security portal to track security score
  • Facilitate ART sync with RTE
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the software field with a minimum of 4 years' experience in an agile environment.
  • Minimum of CSM certification or SAFe 5.0 certification
  • Robust Experience as a Scrum Master for a commercial software development projects applying Agile principles, theory, and Scrum Values.
  • Preferred – experience with Large Solution SAFe
  • Experience with Jira, TFS or other project management tools utilized in an agile development environment.
  • Experience in Release coordination, project planning, stakeholder management, status reporting to executive leadership.
  • Exceptionally Good communications and presentation skills, confident to take up leadership role in the Agile team, servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, cross cultural awareness, worked on Global Projects with teams across the globe.
Compensation and Benefits

At Ericsson, we offer a competitive package to help with your individual needs and goals. Your salary will be dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

The salary range for this position is as follows:

• Washington, New York, and New Jersey: 70,400 –105,600
• California: 70,400 –115,400
• All other US locations: 65,200 – 97,800
