About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Product Management to join our team at Capital One. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of innovative products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the product management process, from concept to launch, ensuring that products meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends, using this insight to inform product strategy and direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring that they align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure that products meet their needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or military experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile product management.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing products.
