- Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization.
- 1 year of business analysis experience with IBM Cúram software.
- 1 year of experience in government IT projects as a business analyst or related duties.
- 1 year of experience eliciting, mining, and documenting business rules, processes.
- 2 years of Medicaid Eligibility or other healthcare insurance experience.
- Superb written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write requirements and Use Cases.
