Clinical Nutrition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our dialysis team at Health Systems Management, Inc.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities- Provide nutrition education to hemodialysis patients
- Conduct monthly assessments and review labs with patients
- Round with physicians on a weekly basis or as needed
- Recommend vitamins, binders, and nutritional supplements
- Work closely with interdisciplinary personnel to address nutritional and emotional needs of patients
- Monitor patients' weights and adjust diet and fluid needs
- Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
- Patient-centered projects to improve education and outcomes
- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics required
- Master's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics preferred
- Current Dietetics licensure appropriate to the state of practice
- Minimum of 1-year experience with clinical dietetics required (not to include internship); ESRD patients preferred
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass the Ishihara's Color Blind Test
- Full-time position with 36-40 hours per week
- No weekends required
