Role Highlights:

As a Patient Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our Patient Access Division, contributing to our vision of providing holistic care that prioritizes understanding, commitment, and respect for every individual. Shift Information: Per Diem/ On-Call, Variable Shifts

Essential Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service or healthcare registration
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Completion of relevant coursework, particularly in Medical Terminology or Medical Assistant training
  • Certification as a Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) upon hire
  • Experience in registration or with third-party payors
