Key Responsibilities:

  • Availability for a complete 8-hour shift when scheduled is essential.
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards while exhibiting a friendly and collaborative demeanor.
  • Serve as the first point of contact, providing receptionist duties and maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.
  • Operate mail, copy, and fax machines, and manage the pick-up and delivery of mail, parcels, and documents.
  • Handle heavy bundles of mail and shipments, ensuring proper maintenance of copier equipment.
  • Manage time-sensitive materials, including confidential and urgent packages.
  • Exhibit adaptability in meeting customer needs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Support multiple locations as required, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Reliable transportation is necessary for accessing locations not served by public transit.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required; a college degree is advantageous and may facilitate a faster track to management.
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Professional appearance and conduct are expected.
  • Proficient keyboarding skills and familiarity with PC environments; excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Commitment to meeting attendance requirements.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 55 pounds.
