Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an On Call Office Services Specialist at IST Management. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide receptionist support and be the face of the company, demonstrating a professional and positive attitude.
- Operate mail, copy, and fax equipment, and pick up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs, and faxes to customers.
- Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages, and shipments of paper, and maintain copier equipment.
- Handle time-sensitive material, such as confidential and urgent packages.
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, production environment.
- Provide support to multiple locations in the area and adhere to all safety procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College degree is a plus and allows for a fast-track plan to management.
- Customer Service/Hospitality background preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; ability to meet employer's attendance policy.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Lifting up to 55 pounds.
