About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated plumbers to join our team as Lead/Junior Plumber. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $15.00-$25.00 per hour, plus up to 20% commission on sales. Additionally, you can potentially earn up to $2,000 per week, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in the plumbing industry.

Job Description

  • Utilize Straight Forward Pricing (including all company-approved forms) correctly on each call to ensure accurate billing and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Test each aspect of the job before leaving the client's home to guarantee quality workmanship and minimize callbacks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, explaining each service performed and ensuring their complete satisfaction with the work completed.
  • Promote a safety-conscious attitude while on the job and while driving, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to travel to and from work sites.
  • Junior Plumbers are considered training/apprentice level and typically do not operate their own truck.
