Key Responsibilities
  • Assess resident care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes related to nursing care
  • Assist with team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans
  • Implement physician's orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests
  • Communicate effectively and positively with staff, residents, and family members
  • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures

Requirements
  • Valid LPN license in the State of Minnesota
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
