About the Job

Data Entry Clerk is a key role at Workoo Technologies, responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative activities. This includes reviewing, revising, modifying and preparing completed templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks and other correspondence materials. The ideal candidate will also research, compile and summarize information/data as appropriate, record minutes of various meetings and distribute or file them as necessary, maintain electronic and paper filing systems, manage and coordinate multiple calendars, coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments and team social events, and contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members and management.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform a variety of clerical and administrative activities
  2. Review, revise, modify and prepare completed templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks and other correspondence materials
  3. Research, compile and summarize information/data as appropriate
  4. Record minutes of various meetings and distribute or file them as necessary
  5. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  6. Manage and coordinate multiple calendars
  7. Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments and team social events
  8. Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
