About this opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team at The Salvation Army. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in providing structured case management services to clients in our established program.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive long-term program goals for clients based on their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Collaborate with external case management professionals and outsource clients to additional counseling resources as needed.
  • Provide essential services such as food, clothing, and furniture vouchers to eligible clients and facilitate classes to help them cope effectively with their environment.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Three years of experience in providing direct case management social services and developing recovery action plans.
  • Valid State Driver's License (Preferred).

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Ability to meet attendance requirements and communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Must be able to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work efficiently without becoming frustrated. Some physical effort is required occasionally. Work is performed in a shelter environment with exposure to physical health risks and driving may be involved.
