Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Material Coordinator to join our Program Management Services Division. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient sourcing and management of materials and equipment for various projects.

Salary Range:
$44,000-$67,000

The specific salary offered may be influenced by various factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Commission Manager in sourcing materials and issuing purchase orders.
  • Track and expedite the manufacturing process of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to storage areas and project sites.
  • Verify bill of materials and identify suppliers while analyzing commodity lead times.
  • Manage order acknowledgments and expedite delivery, maintaining communication with the project team regarding material schedules.
  • Oversee quality control and manage vendor damage claims effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Degree required.
  • Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in Materials Management roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
  • SAP experience is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of power delivery components and manufacturing processes.
