Job Summary:

The Marketing Project Manager role at Elevance Health is a critical position responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns. This includes project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals.
  • Project Execution: Manage and coordinate project activities, including resource allocation, task assignment, and progress tracking. Ensure seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address project risks and issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workfront or similar project management software.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics, including digital marketing and campaign execution.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform project decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
