Job Overview

  3. Source and recruit candidates for upcoming clinical trials using database resources.
  4. Coordinate and schedule appointments for prospective study participants.
  5. Handle incoming calls for patient screening inquiries.
  6. Engage with study participants courteously, providing clear information about study goals and instructions.
  7. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common objectives.
  8. Fulfill all study protocol requirements, meeting departmental and personal performance targets.
  9. Perform additional tasks as required to support organizational needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  6. Exceptional customer service skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  7. A proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
