We are looking for a highly motivated and polished individual to sell luxury jewelry and provide an unparalleled shopping experience to discerning clientele. As a Luxury Jewelry Sales Expert, you will be responsible for presenting and selling high-value jewelry pieces with confidence, elegance, and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Excellence
- Presentation of luxury jewelry pieces with confidence and expertise.
- Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Providing a tailored sales experience based on each client's preferences and needs.
- Client Engagement
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients, establishing trust and loyalty.
- Maintaining a database of high-net-worth clients and prospects for personalized follow-ups.
- Delivering exceptional post-sale service, including coordinating special orders and repairs.
- Product Knowledge
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of jewelry design, materials, and craftsmanship.
- Staying updated on current trends, collections, and innovations in the luxury jewelry market.
- Brand Representation
- Maintaining the brand's image by upholding impeccable grooming and professional etiquette.
- Acting as an ambassador for the company at luxury events and networking opportunities.
- Store Operations
- Maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the showroom to reflect the brand's luxury image.
- Ensuring the security and proper handling of high-value inventory.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
