Electronic Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Electronic First Responder. As a key member of our 24-7 Alarm Monitoring Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of homes and businesses across New England.
As an Electronic First Responder, you will be responsible for monitoring security systems, fire alarms, medical alert systems, video surveillance, and other networked systems. You will also provide direct customer service, including technical assistance to help customers troubleshoot issues.
