Job Title: Electronics Manufacturing Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Electronics Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at NextStep Recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics testing and a passion for ensuring the highest quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and operate manual and automated test solutions for Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) and controllers.
  • Ensure testing and measuring equipment is functioning efficiently and meeting product specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain test procedures and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Electronics required; Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in PCBA testing.
  • Proficiency in In-Circuit Testing (ICT) and troubleshooting electronic components.
  • Experience with testing equipment like Hi-Pot tester, oscilloscopes, power meters, and inductance testers.
  • Skills in schematic reading, component identification, and ICT.
  • Background in programming languages for test automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in training technicians and shift coordinators to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Knowledge of SAP for spare parts management.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies like Kaizen and hands-on implementation experience.
