Nurse Care Specialist

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Arlington, Massachusetts.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Hours: 36 hours per week
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing patient care according to the philosophy and standards of the Department of Nursing. Your duties will include:
- Nursing assessment and development of individualized plans of care
- Implementation and evaluation of nursing care to achieve patient goals
- Documentation of patient care and medication administration
- Collaboration with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Effective verbal, electronic, and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
