We also operate liquor stores under the Cash Wise Liquor and Coborn's Liquor brands, enhancing our retail offerings. Our fuel and convenience division, pharmacy, in-house grocery warehouse and distribution center, and bakery services are integral to our operations.

We pride ourselves on a variety of retail entities in select markets, including partnerships with local businesses that complement our grocery offerings.

Position Summary:
Cash Wise is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to oversee our store and lead our dedicated team.


The Retail Operations Manager will report to the Store Director and is accountable for the effective management of our retail location.

You will supervise daily operations while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule team members to deliver exceptional customer service to all patrons.

2. Prioritize customer satisfaction by warmly greeting, assisting, and expressing gratitude to each guest.

3. Manage customer orders and food preparation while adhering to operational procedures and all safety regulations.

4. Achieve business objectives by monitoring budgets and meeting targets related to profitability, productivity, quality, and inventory control.

5. Lead by example, fostering individual and team efforts, setting clear expectations, and holding team members accountable.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred.

Management experience in food service is highly desirable.
