Key Responsibilities:
  • Our mission is to enhance customers' experiences, promote apparel sales, and foster a fun environment.
  • Inspire, develop, and lead the team to ensure exceptional customer service and drive revenue.
  • Oversee financial performance, including revenue and payroll management.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain a talented store team.
  • Establish and uphold high standards of customer service throughout the store.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our guests.
  • Encourage suggestive selling techniques to optimize sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs effectively.
  • Ensure the store and merchandise meet our brand standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management within the apparel sector.
  • Willingness to learn from feedback and tackle challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with both HQ and store teams.
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Data-driven with a competitive and positive attitude.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management.
  • Excellent time management and merchandising skills.
  • Personable and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.

  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a multi-unit store manager.
  • 6+ years of retail management experience.
  • Background in the fashion/apparel industry.
  • Passion for enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Shopify POS.
  • Strong ethical standards.
  • Excellent sense of fashion.
  • Self-awareness and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience as an apparel buyer.
