  • Manage the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals.
  • Optimize sales/operations opportunity by leading the associates to consistently execute merchandising strategies, operations, loyalty programs, and other company initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant retail experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in the use of technology, including iPads and registers.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
  • Meets physical requirements.
