Essential Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Formulate detailed project plans, encompassing scope, budget, schedule, and resource distribution.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to share updates, address challenges, and ensure alignment.
  • Manage project risks and implement necessary mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee project expenses and budget, ensuring financial control and adherence to targets.
  • Utilize project management software to monitor and manage project documentation, schedules, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory standards.

Contract Management:

  • Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure adherence to contract terms, managing variations and change orders.
  • Track project progress against contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate and current contract documentation, including correspondence and agreements.

Quality Assurance and Safety:

  • Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed specifications.
  • Collaborate with project team members to devise and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Client Relations and Communication:

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing project updates.
  • Manage client expectations and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the project.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction.

Financial Oversight:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Monitor project costs and expenses, ensuring financial control and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Review and authorize invoices, purchase orders, and subcontractor payments.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate project accounting and financial reporting.
