Construction Management Assistant

At Tepa Companies, we're committed to delivering comprehensive and sustainable solutions to our clients. As a Construction Support Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work with our experienced team and gain valuable insights into the construction management process.
Our 10-12 week internship program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in a variety of construction management areas, including project execution, budget tracking, and safety enforcement. You'll work closely with our design professionals and construction management teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
As a Construction Support Intern, you'll be responsible for assisting with field execution support, observing and supervising construction activities, and assisting with project close-out activities. You'll also have the opportunity to learn about the support of our field staff and interact with our teams.
To be eligible for this internship, you must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field from an accredited program. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is also required.
