Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Financial Controller to join our team at Compass Group USA. As a Regional Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple units and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all unit controllers conduct accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Develop forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee Payroll and Human Resources administration.
  • Analyze financial results for internal and external use.
  • Track and maintain monthly P/L and balance sheet activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • Five years' experience with revenue control, financial reporting, and cash handling responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and SAP.
