We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Anheuser Busch Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing budgets, financial reporting, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget and financial statements
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Coordinate the input and output of the accounting system, including all required reports
  • Maintain strong relationships with brewery departments and act as a point person for financial, budget, system, and process questions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • CPA preferred but not required
  • 3+ years of accounting and analytical experience providing actionable information to senior management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Thorough knowledge of small business accounting practices and standards
  • Knowledge of FASB standards
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
