Your mission will be to build automated solutions that improve efficiency and productivity while reducing defects. You'll partner with IT and other cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless automation, leveraging outputs from the Finance process excellence team to evaluate RPA use cases versus other automation or process simplification opportunities.

As a leader in this space, you'll drive adoption of RPA across the Finance organization, establishing robust RPA governance and strong controls over bots. You'll also develop and present ideas for continuous improvement, ensuring our RPA solutions remain cutting-edge and effective.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute RPA strategy and roadmap
* Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement RPA solutions

* Establish robust RPA governance and controls

**Requirements:**

* Master's degree in Software Engineering or related field
* 24 months of experience in Manager, Robotic Process Automation (RPA)-related occupation
