Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Present menus to guests and inform them of special catches and soups.
  • Treat all guests with respect and strive to exceed their expectations.
  • Manage the waiting list and run the floor plan board.
  • Keep track of clean, dirty, and occupied tables.
  • Take guest information and quote wait times accurately.
  • Clean and organize the host area, including menus and restrooms.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Interact with guests throughout their dining experience.
  • Fulfill to-go orders and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior restaurant experience a plus.
Work Environment

Our restaurant and bar environment can be loud and drafty, with hazards such as slipping and tripping. You must be able to read, write, and determine wait times based on our procedures.
