We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading with quality customer service, tailoring conversations to meet the unique needs of our clients, and driving in-person one-on-one conversations to increase sales through customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to manage existing accounts, increase sales performance, and document results to develop new business. You will work closely with our clients to create personalized experiences through in-person interactions based on individual needs and customizable packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recognize customer needs, manage existing accounts, increase sales performance, and document results to develop new business.
  • Understand customer base and company products to better recommend service enhancements to customers that will increase sales.
  • Work with other sales professionals to establish, monitor, and record weekly targets and goals.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings by providing new ideas that will improve sales margins based on consumer feedback.
  • Manage provided territory thoroughly and keep track of all customer interactions to maximize sales in that area.
  • Continuously develop sales and leadership skills through weekly meetings, webinars, and joint calls with top sales professionals.

Requirements:

  • College degree, relevant work experience as an Account Manager, or other sales/marketing experience.
  • Ability to lead and control any situation, with a proven track record of problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities, with a competitive nature and a drive to outperform others.
  • Leadership roles in previous positions are highly valued.
