Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative will engage with customers to provide product information, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve customer conflicts. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with various departments.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain strong customer relationships through effective and timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information about products, orders, and shipping.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate department or personnel as needed.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a next-level customer experience.
  • Provide support and planning for sales functions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or associate degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience in inside sales, customer service, and/or a related manufacturing environment.
  • SAP or similar Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, Salesforce knowledge is preferred.
  • PC literacy is required (Microsoft Office suite).
  • High level of attention to detail in a manual data entry environment.
