We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Consultant to join our team at Computershare. As a Business Operations Consultant, you will be responsible for providing daily oversight and support to assigned product teams within our Corporate Trust division.
Key Responsibilities- Process Oversight: Confirm that process, risks, and controls are properly identified and documented in systems of records in accordance with our Risk Management framework.
- Risk Management: Review business risk and control activities used to achieve success with agreed-upon risk policy timeframes and meet expected risk management standards.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide periodic updates to stakeholders on progress of risk and control activities, including commentary on items outside of tolerance to management and committees.
- Change Management: Engage with the line of business during Corporate Trust Change Management, including new or revised products, procedures, processes, system enhancements, and other change management initiatives.
- Incident Management: Proactively manage incidents and losses, including communicating to senior management, reviewing that CPU exposure is minimized, accurately identifying root cause, and reviewing for completion of corrective actions in accordance with CPU standards.
- Education: College-level degree or local equivalent in a related corporate trust business.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in trust, risk, compliance, audit, or financial services.
