Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate positive guest experiences with the in-room honor bar, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Inventory honor bar, in-room accessories, and promotional materials, replacing as needed to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing environment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of each honor bar, adhering to high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Utilize software and handheld devices to record sales and take inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain awareness of product availability, expiration dates, and inventory levels to prevent stock-out situations and ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Prepare and push restocking carts to floors where rooms are ready for inventory, ensuring timely and efficient restocking.
  • Respond to guest requests and communicate any issues regarding honor bar operation with hotel management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic hospitality environment.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to read and visually verify information in a variety of formats, including small print.
