Job Overview:

Arrow ECS is seeking a skilled International Tax Senior Manager to spearhead our Pillar 2 initiatives and guarantee worldwide compliance and planning effectiveness. This position entails collaboration with regional tax teams, overseeing tax planning and audits, and engaging in quarterly and year-end tax accounting. The ideal candidate will enhance process efficiencies, utilize technological advancements, and guide international tax personnel. This role is pivotal in reducing tax risks during internal restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions while actively tracking global tax changes. You will also contribute to corporate strategies aimed at improving tax efficiency and supporting key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Pillar 2 initiatives for the organization:
    • Manage and synchronize Pillar 2 planning and compliance efforts.
    • Analyze global developments and tax regulations concerning Pillar 2.
    • Address any negative Pillar 2 implications related to internal restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions.
    • Collaborate with regional tax teams on all Pillar 2 matters.
  • Supervise the international tax compliance process and assist in managing policies for various aspects, including transfer pricing, legal entity structure, and international tax projects.
  • Support all tax planning efforts, conducting tax research and planning proactively, reactively, and as directed.
  • Assist with tax audits and the implementation of selected tax reduction strategies.
  • Support all quarterly and year-end tax accounting (ASC 740, FIN 48, etc.)
  • Drive process enhancements and leverage technology efficiencies in compliance and reporting functions.
  • Collaborate on the preparation of Subpart F, foreign tax credit, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and UTPR calculations for provisions and returns.
  • Mentor and provide a valuable learning experience for international tax staff.
  • Engage in corporate initiatives to ensure tax risk mitigation and value addition for projects in a rapidly evolving organization.
  • Participate in managing modeling projects related to international tax initiatives and M&A activities.
  • Continuously monitor global and US international tax developments to identify potential issues and initiatives.
  • Work in partnership with domestic and regional tax teams, other corporate departments, and business units to manage risks and enhance tax and non-tax efficiencies.
Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in a combination of public accounting and a publicly traded company.
  • CPA or Juris Doctor preferred.
  • A dedicated mentor for managers, supervisors, and professional staff.
  • Self-motivated, accountable for performance and results, with the ability to identify issues.
  • Capable of developing departmental plans, including business, production, and organizational priorities.
  • Manages resources and policy formulation within the area of responsibility.
  • Makes decisions based on resource availability and functional objectives.
  • Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex challenges.
Work Arrangement:
  • Hybrid: Required office days for Panorama Office sites on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; work from home on Monday and Friday.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$137,000 - $176,000.00

Actual compensation offered may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
