- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to enhance product knowledge and provide expert advice to clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in outside sales, inside sales, or retail sales environments.
- EXCELLENT communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
- PASSION for helping people manage risk and achieve their financial goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
