Requirements
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in outside sales, inside sales, or retail sales environments.
  • EXCELLENT communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
  • PASSION for helping people manage risk and achieve their financial goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
