**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Communicate effectively with personnel, residents, visitors, and the general public.
  • Maintain knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Utilize software knowledge - Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
  • Read and write in English.
  • Assess all referrals and communicate with appropriate staff.
  • Communicate with case managers and online systems regarding pending referrals.
  • Maintain all appropriate documentation on all accepted residents.
  • Provide the Business Office Manager with all financial documentation prior to admit.
  • Coordinate with family and physician on necessary information required to admit residents.
  • Communicate with external facilities and hospitals on bed availability.
