  • Order Accuracy: Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to guests in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to ensure that all needs are met.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet guest demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet company standards for quality and presentation.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure that the restaurant is maintained in a safe and secure manner, and that all guests and staff are aware of our safety and security procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience working in a full-service restaurant.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
