- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
- Staff Development: Provide ongoing education and training to nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
Requirements:
- Education: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required.
