Job Overview

A Community Manager is sought for a premium lease-up property situated in a vibrant urban area.

This community features over 300 units and is currently in the process of being occupied.

Property and client details will be provided during the interview process.

Relocation support is available if necessary; however, experience with new construction is essential.

  • Manages the lease enforcement procedures by evaluating potential resident applications, overseeing lease renewals, performing regular apartment inspections, adhering to notice protocols, managing evictions, and collecting permissible late fees and charges as outlined in lease agreements.
  • Enhances resident satisfaction and retention by promptly addressing complaints, inquiries, and requests, while taking suitable measures to resolve service-related issues.
  • Ensures compliance of the maintenance team with established standards for responding to and completing resident service requests.
  • Conducts routine property inspections and implements necessary actions to guarantee that the property's physical aspects, including grounds, buildings, and amenities, meet the established criteria for safety, cleanliness, and overall aesthetic appeal.
  • Assists in fostering the client/owner relationship by meeting with property owners, conducting tours, providing updates on property performance, and addressing owner inquiries as required.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience as a Community Manager, ideally in new construction, high-rise, or luxury settings.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Entrada is a plus.
  • Strong background in customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
