The Role

This part-time opportunity as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant requires experience in conducting home-based risk assessments, medical history reviews, and diagnosis/treatment planning. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care, while leveraging your skills and expertise to contribute to our mission. As a member of our team, you will have the flexibility to choose from a variety of scheduling options, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Schedule and Compensation

This is a PRN position with no guaranteed hours. Pay: $110.00 per completed assessment (25+ hours/month), flexible scheduling available.
