Pediatric Home Health Nurse Specialist

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring skilled Pediatric Home Health Nurses to provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Job SummaryWe are seeking compassionate and experienced LPNs to join our team as Pediatric Home Health Nurses. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one patient care, executing physician-ordered plans, and promoting health education to patients and families.
Responsibilities- Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in accordance with physician orders
- Conduct regular patient assessments and report changes in condition to supervisors and physicians as needed
- Document all activities, assessments, and nursing actions in a timely manner
- Participate in developing and updating nursing care plans
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse
- Current CPR certification
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care policies and procedures
- Six months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting
- Home health experience
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, 401(k) savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
