Primary Duties:
  • Collaborate with drivers to allocate them to service requests based on client requirements and various considerations.
  • Designate routes and service assignments to drivers, supervise daily tasks, and resolve any operational issues.
  • Engage with drivers, clients, and internal departments to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Manage incoming inquiries from Customer Service, provide routing details, and follow up on any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate data in systems, input customer details meticulously, and finalize work orders.
  • Analyze productivity reports, distribute communication devices to drivers, and undertake additional administrative responsibilities.
Supplementary Duties:
  • Participate in training sessions as required.
  • Keep abreast of technological advancements utilized by Waste Pro USA.
  • Execute any other tasks as directed by the Supervisor.
Work Setting:

This position is situated within an office environment.
