Role Responsibilities

As a Residential HVAC Field Supervisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the installation team, builders, and office staff. Your leadership will inspire the team to take pride in their work while ensuring they receive the necessary guidance to excel. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and safety, ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly.

Your expertise will allow you to assess the quality of work at each construction phase, tackle complex installation challenges, and communicate any issues or delays to the project manager. Ultimately, you will oversee the project's profitability and ensure timely completion, deriving satisfaction from achieving revenue goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in residential HVAC installation
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with builders
  • Experience managing tradespeople and subcontractors
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong leadership skills
