Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Establish strong relationships with clients by being approachable, knowledgeable, and effectively addressing their HVAC concerns.
  • Technical Expertise: Focus on residential HVAC services, working with diverse systems such as Heat Pumps, Gas and Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, and Geo Thermal Units.
  • Client Education: Inform and guide homeowners with honest assessments to help them make well-informed decisions.

  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and resolve minor issues before they develop into significant, costly repairs, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and extending equipment lifespan.
  • Independent and Team Work: Exhibit self-sufficiency while positively contributing to team collaboration.

  • Mentorship: Share expertise with junior team members, promoting a culture of learning and professional development within the HVAC field.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Residential HVAC service.
  • An associate degree from a technical institution is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A strong dedication to performing tasks correctly the first time and taking pride in one’s work.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and growth within the HVAC industry.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record for company vehicle operation.
  • CFC Certification, with Type I and II or Universal certification preferred.
  • Technological proficiency, including the ability to utilize devices like iPads and compose professional emails for effective communication.
