In this role, you will not just hold a position; you will play a crucial part in enhancing home services by delivering exceptional, reliable service to your community.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely under the guidance of an experienced Lead HVAC Installer.
Assist in the assembly and installation of heating and air-conditioning systems for residential properties. Design and implement HVAC systems, including ductwork and piping.
Maintain detailed records of all tasks completed. Uphold our commitment to outstanding service in every customer interaction.
Participate in special projects and perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications for Success:
Preferred experience of 1 year in residential HVAC installation, though not mandatory. Familiarity with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal systems, and airflow is advantageous. EPA Universal Certification is a plus.
Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. High standards of workmanship are essential. Integrity and excellence are core values for you.
A willingness to learn and improve continuously.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team with a positive demeanor.
Reliability and consistency in all aspects of work.
Physical Demands:
Must be physically capable of handling HVAC units, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, kneel, crawl, or climb ladders for extended periods.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be able to communicate effectively to exchange information.
