Compensation Overview:
$30.00-$35.00 Per Hour + Bonus Opportunities

Key Responsibilities:


- Address and resolve all HVAC system issues promptly and to customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance and warranty services.
- Recommend system enhancements and modifications.
- Work with various HVAC equipment, including furnaces, gas boilers, and zoning systems.


Qualifications for Success:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC.
- High school diploma or GED.
- EPA Universal certification required.
- A degree in Heating and Air Conditioning Technology is advantageous.
- Self-driven to meet annual performance goals.
- No sales pressure environment.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities for HVAC systems, including gas and oil furnaces, boilers, and other equipment.
- Clean driving record.

Physical Demands:
- Ability to work on HVAC units in various conditions.
- Must be able to endure extreme temperatures as required.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
