Resumen del Rol:El equipo de Operaciones de Personas está en búsqueda de un Especialista en Servicios de Personas para brindar apoyo principalmente al Socio de Personas y a la población de empleados.
Responsabilidades del Trabajo:- Actuar como el primer punto de contacto para inquietudes relacionadas con NEX.
- Asistir en tareas y funciones administrativas de Workday para la población.
- Apoyar solicitudes de informes ad-hoc, preparar propuestas y presentaciones, así como la serie de reuniones mensuales de Recursos Humanos.
- Responder preguntas frecuentes de solicitantes y empleados sobre políticas estándar, beneficios, procesos de contratación, errores de pago, etc.; referir preguntas más complejas a los Socios de Personas.
- Apoyar programas como la Orientación para Nuevos Empleados.
- Garantizar la integridad y confidencialidad de los archivos y registros de recursos humanos dentro del sistema HRIS y el sitio de SharePoint de Recursos Humanos.
- Colaborar con el equipo de Operaciones de Personas en tareas organizativas y diversas funciones administrativas.
- Realizar otras tareas según se asigne.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Habilidades interpersonales excepcionales con la capacidad de manejar situaciones sensibles y confidenciales con tacto, profesionalismo y diplomacia.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.
- Alta competencia en Microsoft Office Suite, especialmente Excel o software relacionado.
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno dinámico.
- Competente en la gestión de nómina, sistemas de información de recursos humanos (HRIS) y aplicaciones informáticas similares.
- Capacidad para trabajar con datos, ya sea generando informes o realizando análisis.
- Autónomo y con un demostrado deseo de aprender.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y/o de manera independiente, asumiendo la responsabilidad de las tareas.
- Capacidad para escalar cuando sea necesario y operar como un miembro efectivo del equipo de Operaciones de Personas.
- Un fuerte sesgo hacia la acción acompañado de una mentalidad de mejora continua.
- Más de 3 años en un rol relacionado con Recursos Humanos.
- Título universitario en Recursos Humanos/Negocios.
- Experiencia previa en un rol corporativo de Recursos Humanos y/o en una startup es un plus.
- Experiencia con Workday es altamente requerida.
